Shipping Information

We deliver safely and securely from Morocco. We use DHL, FedEx, Chronopost, or other transportation companies depending on the location of the destination. Your order will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and delivered within a time period of 20 business days, depending on your destination.

All our products have a tracking number, since we shipped your order you will receive a tracking number via email, please make sure that you are providing us the right and secure delivery address of the location for your order, the tracking number is there to updates you about where is your parcel, as long as your order has a pgs. a number of the shipping is automatically out of our responsibility.
Once it is sent we communicate the tracking number so you'll check the status of your package online. Depending on the shipment destination import taxes and duty fees are often applicable. International delivery costs don't include any taxes or duties, which can be applied by customs at the destination country, and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. For more information on taxes, duties, and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
Moroccan Beldi Rugs is not responsible for delays due to customs.

All our products usually take 10 -15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) except USA Canada and Australia. The shipping time also depends on the destination where you are.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
EU; 7-15 business days
UK: 10-15 business days
USA: 10-20 business days

Return

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, without giving reasons & within 14 days from delivery you can return the product and get a full refund excluding the original cost of shipping even where free shipping is stated, the particular shipping cost will not be refunded.
Any product you returned back must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging!
If you wish to return the product, please inform Moroccan Beldi Rugs within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Notification must be made by email to info@moroccanbeldirugs.com.
The customer is responsible for making sure that the delivered product has been returned on time. From the day following the 14 days without notification from the customer of the return, the acquisition may be a fact.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping/customs costs.
