Here We Love Rugs

Rugs have been a big part of my life since childhood, I grew up in the countryside, being surrounded by women that were waving rugs to support the family income. When I grew older, I started working as a tour guide, which gave me the opportunity to discover many different parts of my beautiful country, Morocco. Travelling-wise, I came in contact with locals, tribes in the Atlas mountains who shared with me their deep knowledge about the craftsmanship of rug weaving.

Since every rug type is linked to a certain region, many places were to be discovered. My love for creativity and traveling combined encouraged me to develop my knowledge about rugs and share it with you.

Together with my team, we travel far away to the remote areas of the Atlas mountains to source the rare rugs you can see in our shop.
